Listen on Flavours of WA owner and brewer at Roleystone Brewing Co , Adam Casotti, joined us in the studio to talk about their award winning cider.

Their brew won a gold medal at the Royal Show for the “New World Dry Cider” category. Surprisingly, they only started pouring in May.

Casotti told us that their cider is 100% natural, made from apples grown on his family’s orchard in Roleystone.

Michael Genovese, a staunch beer drinker, was a convert after tasting their “original cider”.
